Our approach

Euclid Capital is a private equity manager focused on investments in growing, entrepreneurial businesses operating at the vanguard of the infrastructure category. Our principals have a long track record managing third party capital to invest, support and grow businesses. Since its formation in 2018, Euclid Capital has made investments, on behalf of our principals and investors, in companies with a combined value in excess of $500 million.

With experience building and financing businesses and developing teams, Euclid seeks to partner with entrepreneurial companies which can act as platforms for future growth.

As entrepreneurs ourselves, we bring our collective experience and relationships to provide support in operations, CRM, logistics, financing and M&A. We seek to partner with businesses and alongside leadership teams that share our passion for growth.

We are drawn to strong businesses positioned for growth, but we are particularly interested in businesses with characteristics analogous to infrastructure. Contracts, recurring customers, real assets, logistical depth; all create an ecosystem comparable to that of infrastructure assets. We call this the “Infrastructure Vanguard,” meaning businesses that have the potential to benefit from the rapid growth and expansion of the category. We continue to see significant investor appetite in the Infrastructure Vanguard and believe there is tremendous potential value appreciation for businesses that can position accordingly.
